2019 ASCLS-MO Spring Meeting

Conference Information

The annual 2019 ASCLS-MO Spring Meeting will provide an opportunity for lab professionals to participate in educational sessions, see the latest technological and scientific developments as well as network with friends and colleagues.

This will be awesome! Come join the fun!

Registration Details

  • Full registration includes educational sessions, exhibits, meals (lunch Thursday and Friday, breakfast Saturday), exhibitor appreciation party and movie on Friday night.
  • Daily registration includes educational sessions, exhibits and meal for the day.
  • Guest meal tickets can be purchased.

Hotel Room Reservations

  • Hotel room reservations are handled through our conference site here or by calling the hotel at 888-265-5500.
  • If you call the hotel to book your rooms, make sure that you mention that you are with ASCLS-MO and provide them with booking code 355377.

Vendors and Sponsorship Opportunities

  • All Vendor registrations and Sponsorship Opportunities will be handled through our Eventbrite site here.
  • Note: There are two (2) options for booth registration. If you only need one (1) booth, then you will need to select the option named “Vendor Registration (Single Booth)”. If you need more than one (1) booth, then you will need to select “Vendor Registration (Single Booth) AND you will also need to select “Vendor Registration (Each Additional Booth)”.  
  • If you would like to sponsor this event or our organization and there is no option for what you are thinking of, please reach out to us and we will see how we can make it work. Send an email to [email protected].

The general procedure for obtaining your vendor registration and purchasing your sponsorship options is as follows:

  1. Go to our Eventbrite site.
  2. Select the green Register button.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the list, select the “Vendor Registration (Single Booth) option and the desired quantity.
  4. If needed, select the “Vendor Registration (Each Additional Booth)” option and the desired quantity of additional booths needed.
  5. Select the green Checkout button.
  6. Fill in all of the relevant information and payment details.
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and select “Vendor Sponsorship Options”.
  8. From here, you can select one or more sponsorship options (such as “Coffee and Soda Break”) and your desired quantity from the drop-down list and add them to your registration. We have found that most vendors select several sponsorship options for the conference.
  9. Select the green Add to Order button.
  10. Verify at the top of the order screen that it shows both the Vendor Registration (Single Booth) option and the Coffee and Soda Break.
  11. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green Pay Now button.
  12. You should receive a confirmation email message with your registration details. If you run into problems, please email [email protected]
